The use of pine turpentine (terebintine) is effective in creating a hostile environment in which parasites such as Candida, Helicobacter, Guardia and many other parasites that inhabit the human organism, have to go outside.
It is important to maintain good intestinal hygiene before starting the process to avoid that old accumulations of feces can prevent the exit of parasites and other toxics that occur during the taking of pine resin.
Drinking plenty of water and practicing enemas one or two days before the first intake of pine resin is important so as not to generate problems of excess toxins in the body.
Other ways to help have between two to three bowel movements a day is achieved with castor oil, magnesium supplement, flaxseed and infusions with Sen leaves, these methods are temporary and should not be abused or chronic use, they should only be used one or two days before starting with the deworming protocol and maintain the 4 days that the process lasts.

- It is important to use natural laxatives to get between one to three bowel movements daily during the 4 days.
- At the end of the deworming protocol it is important to regenerate the intestinal flora with the use of probiotics that normalize intestinal function.
- Taking turpentine may cause a feeling of discomfort, it is due to the release of toxins and heavy metals that are removed and pass into the blood, the use of chlorella, coriander or spirulina after taking pine resin improves the sensation.
During deworming do not take alcohol, sugar, refined flours, white rice, corn, potatoes or sweet potatoes, precooked foods, breakfast cereals, juices or industrial soft drinks, or dairy since these foods are the food of parasites by becoming sugars after their metabolization.
